Pearson is a leader in the learning space, with expertise in educational courseware and assessment, and a range of teaching and learning services.
At WeMOV, we have created a few videos for Pearson over the past year, and recently we created a ‘Primary School Wellbeing’ Animated Explainer that had amazing results! So far it has already reached over 17,000 views.
The point of the video was to go over the Response to Intervention (RTI) learning concept. As Pearson puts it, ‘Not all students learn at the same pace or in the same way. Research tells us up to 30% of primary school students are struggling with their school work. There’s a simple approach that can help; it’s called Response to Intervention, or RTI for short’. Therefore, our goal was to go over how students learn by including specific stats, in a fun way through our design and characters.
Below we’ll go over the main challenge our animators experienced as well as how they overcame it in order to create this video.
But first, watch the final cut!
Animated Explainer Video Production at WeMOV Melbourne
Animated Explainer Videos are an easy-to-follow and visually engaging way to explain a product, service or concept to your target audience. By using animation to tell your story, there’s no need for talent, locations, props or sets and this often makes it a more cost-effective video option. At WeMOV, we also offer custom options as well as Animated Television Commercials and 360 VR animation.
Main Challenge of this Video
The biggest challenges for our animators working on this project were making sure each character was animated on time as well as scheduling out the project to meet delivery deadlines due to the heavy character animation. Our team of animators came together and provided support for each other so that Pearson was left extremely happy with the final version of the animated video.
