Every corporate video production project we work on is different, so what your video involves will be different to what the next business wants. But in general terms, our video production services go through a Pre-Production, Production, and Post Production phase.

• Pre-production. This is the discovery phase. We get to understand your vision, understand your audience and what you want the video to achieve, and nut out the key must-haves for your video. This gives us the information we need to create a script or video outline, storyboards, style frames, call sheets, crew, talent, locations, permits and the production timeline.
• Production. Time to kick things into gear! We corral the crew and talent and then attend and film all your requirements on your call sheet. Our camera crew will do all the shooting days, either with you on-site or in our studio with professional lighting, sound, and high-spec camera gear.
• Post-production. It’s editing time. We edit your raw footage together into a fully-polished video or work through your animation to get it into the first draft process. We have an incredible team of editors and animators who’ll go through your video and work with you to address any feedback, so we can get your video looking exactly how you want it.

You can be as involved or as removed as you like. Many of our customers prefer to have the initial chat to define your needs, approve our quote, and then hand over the project to us, and let us take care of it. We’ll keep you across each step and update you on how it’s going, but ultimately we manage the process without needing you to get involved.

The more you help us, the closer we can get your vision 100% correct. So the more we can work with you in the early stages of the project, and in the polishing/refining stage, the better.

But if you prefer a more hands-off approach, that’s totally fine too. We get it. Planning, filming, grading, and editing all take time—time you’d probably rather spend actually doing your job. Our expert team of writers, producers, videographers, editors, and animators are here to get the job done for you.

While it is helpful for you to have a deep understanding of your business, it is not mandatory. Our team of writers can still produce an exceptional script that effectively conveys your story even without your extensive knowledge.

Typically we export our videos as 1080p MP4 video files. These are high-quality files, at a reasonable file size, that are best suited for online video-hosting platforms like YouTube or Vimeo.

If you need your files supplied in a different format, such as if you’d like videos that are better optimised for social media platforms, just let us know ahead of time.

Absolutely! Once it’s edited, converted, delivered, and you’ve paid, the video is 100% yours to use, love, and cherish. We’ll get the okay from you to use it on our website and for our promotional purposes, but other than that, it’s all yours.

How long your video takes really depends on your needs. WeMOV is an experienced video production company in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane, so we have a large team that can deliver your video content within short time frames.

Depending on what’s required your video can be completed in anywhere from three weeks to overnight (sleep? Never heard of it). We’ll work with you to confirm your deadlines and what’s going to be achievable on our end. Typically, once a project has gone through the pre-production process and been recorded, it’s a one-week turnaround before a first draft is ready.

If you do need a project turned around quicker than that, let us know—we’re always happy to help, and never say no to a challenge.

The cost of your video or videos varies based on the complexity and size of the project we are creating together. As a rough estimate, a typical half-day shoot with editing or a 90-second animated explainer will be around the $5,000 mark.

But it really depends on what’s required and what your budget is. We’re always flexible. So, instead, get in touch with us for a quick, no-obligation quote. We can let you know pretty accurately what your video is likely to cost.

At a bare minimum, we need to understand your vision, agree on your budget, decide on your key messaging and brand direction, and we can take care of the rest. But to help us flesh things out, the typical things that really help us out are scripts, and visual assets like company logos, branding, and team photos.

But again, it’s all about what you have and what you can provide, we’re more than happy to create everything from scratch if you don’t have any existing assets to lean on.

We’re happy to share the video with you for remote review throughout the post-production process. Alternatively, you’re welcome to join us in person to discuss each shot step by step.

During filming, our video production team can show you the basic framing and recording as we go. However, the full footage won’t be available until post-production. This is because raw footage may appear unpolished—it lacks mixed audio, and the ungraded visuals can look flat or washed out. Our editors will refine these elements during post-production to create the final polished product.

If you’d like, we can provide the cleaned-up and synced footage for review before we begin editing. This will include everything captured on the day, minus any unnecessary parts—though we’re happy to include bloopers if you’d like to keep them!

Your satisfaction with the final video is our priority, which is why your quoted price includes two rounds of draft revisions. After sharing the initial draft, we’ll request consolidated feedback to ensure all stakeholders have had the opportunity to provide input. Once we’ve received your feedback, we’ll move forward with the next draft.

To stay on track, revisions for each draft should become more refined as we progress. This helps us manage our time efficiently. If the requested changes exceed the original scope, we’ll discuss options with you, such as allocating additional hours or refining the feedback to fit within the agreed budget.

At WeMOV, we’re committed to delivering a product you love. Depending on the nature of the feedback, the project’s budget, and the remaining hours within the scope, we may extend additional draft revisions with no additional costs in some cases.
