Opening Hours and Rates
Full-Day Rate: Both Studios: $850
9am till 5pm – inclusive of bump in and bump out
Half Day Rate: Both Studios: $650
9am till 1pm – inclusive of bump in and bump out
1pm to 5pm – inclusive of bump in and bump out
Early starts between 6am-9am will be charged at $110 per hour.
Late finishes between 5pm-9pm will be charged at $110 per hour.
After hours between 9pm-6am will be charged at $295 per hour.
Studio Painting
The studio can be freshly painted on request for an additional charge of $395. We require prior notice of 7 days if you would like the walls to be freshly painted.
Damage or marks to the paint will incur a re-painting fee of $395.
Parking
The WeMOV studio offers one private parking space for all bookings. South Melbourne has a variety of options for public parking around the local area at rates of $2.10 p/h for 2-4 hours.
Payments
Payment for studio hire must be finalised 24 hours prior to the hire day.

Please note the studios do not come with any lighting, sound or camera equipment.
Equipment must be provided by the hirer.
Terms and Conditions
Insurance and Indemnity
We Make Online Videos has insured the studio premise against all normal insurable risks but not further or otherwise. Should any part of the property or hire equipment to be damaged due to negligence, then the hirer will be charged the repair or replacement cost.
The hirer is responsible for insuring their equipment and personal property that belongs to their clients, assistants, associated personnel and other third party individuals while using the studios, or in transit to or from the studios.
Please ensure that your public liability insurance covers you whilst using the Studio at We Make Online Videos.
Clients leaving their property in the studios in the equipment room overnight do so at their own risk.
We Make Online Videos does not accept any responsibility for incidents that occur before, during or after the hire of the studios that are caused by the improper or misuse of the studios.
Payment for studio hire must be finalised 24 hours prior to the hire day.
Cleaning
The Studio is to be left in the same condition as found. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of $80+GST will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
All confirmed Studio hires that are cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the booking, will not incur a cancellation fee. All confirmed bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours of the booking will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
