What is your production process for a training video?

This gives us the information we need to create a script or video outline, storyboards, style frames, call sheets, crew, talent, locations, permits and the production timeline.
- Production. Time to kick things into gear! We corral the crew and talent and then attend and film all your requirements on your call sheet. Our camera crew will do all the shooting days, either with you on-site or in our studio with professional lighting, sound, and high-spec camera gear.
- Post-production. It’s editing time. We edit your raw footage together into a fully-polished video or work through your animation to get it into the first draft process. We have an incredible team of editors and animators who’ll go through your video and work with you to address any feedback, so we can get your video looking exactly how you want it.
Can you help us with the script and content?
Yes. You are the expert on your business, and we are the experts at creating engaging video content. Our team of writers can work with your subject matter experts to translate complex information into a clear and compelling script that is perfectly timed and structured for video.
Do you create hybrid videos that mix live-action and animation?

After sharing the initial draft, we’ll request consolidated feedback to ensure all stakeholders have had the opportunity to provide input. Once we’ve received your feedback, we’ll move forward with the next draft.
What can I expect to pay for a training video?
The cost of your video or videos varies based on the complexity and size of the project we are creating together. As a rough estimate, a typical half-day shoot with editing or a 90-second animated explainer will be around the $5,000 mark. But it really depends on what’s required and what your budget is. Do you provide professional voice-over and talent?
Yes. We have a roster of professional voice-over artists and can also assist you with sourcing professional on-screen talent for any live-action segments. We can advise on the best fit for your brand and training goals.
What file formats do you deliver?
Typically we export our videos as 1080p MP4 video files. These are high-quality files, at a reasonable file size, that are best suited for online video-hosting platforms like YouTube or Vimeo. If you need your files supplied in a different format, such as if you’d like videos that are better optimised for your company’s Learning Management System (LMS), just let us know ahead of time.
Can you incorporate our company's branding into the video?
Absolutely! We will integrate your company’s logo, brand colours, and typography throughout the video to ensure it maintains a cohesive and professional brand image.
