Studio Hire

Studio Hire Opening Hours and Booking Rates

Weekdays:

Full Day Rate: Studio A: $650      Studio B: $650
9am till 5.30pm – inclusive of bump in and bump out

Half Date Rate: Studio A: $550     Studio B: $550
12-1pm or 1pm to 5pm inclusive of bump in and bump out

Early starts between 6am-9am will be charged at $95
Late finishes between 6pm-9pm will be charged at $120.
All other hours 9pm-6am the rate begins at $295

Weekend Hire:

Full Day Rate Studio A: $950     Studio B: $950
9am till 5.30pm – inclusive of bump in and bump out

Half Date Rate Studio A: $850     Studio B: $850
12-1pm or 1pm to 5pm inclusive of bump in and bump out

All hours outside of 9am-5.30 will be charged at $295 per hour.

Optional Extras

  • Studio A can be freshly painted on request for an additional charge of $395 for studios 1. We require prior notice of 48 hours if you would like the walls to be freshly painted and flexible on date of hire.
  • Experienced production assistant or runners (floor staff) are available for $120 per hour or $350 for the day. For weekend assistance this cost will attract a 25% loading. This must be booked 48 hours prior to hire.

Payment for studio hire must be finalised 24 hours prior to the hire day.

WeMOV Studios is a COVID safe site.

To keep everyone safe we are committed to these practices…

  • Physical distancing.
  • Regular handwashing.
  • All visitors are required to register their contact details.  Simply scan the QR App and complete an online form.
  • We ask all visitors to follow all government requirements regarding face marks.
  • We conduct a thorough clean of the studios after each hire.
  • Hirers have exclusive use of separate access doors to Studios.
  • We ask that workers or visitors not attend our premises if they are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, have been in close contact with a person who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been tested for COVID-19 (and are awaiting results).
  • We ask that Studio hirers provide us with their COVID Safe Plan.

Terms and Conditions

Insurance and Indemnity

We Make Online Videos has insure the studio premise against all normal insurable risks but not further or otherwise. Should any part of the property or hire equipment be damaged due to negligence then the hirer will be charged the repair or replacement cost.

The Hirer is responsible for insuring their own equipment and personal property and that belonging to their clients, assistants, associated personnel and other third party individuals while using the studios, or in transit to or from the studios.

Please ensure that your public liability insurance covers you whilst using the studio at We Make Online Videos.

Clients leaving their property in the studios in the equipment room overnight do so at their own risk.

We Make Online Videos does not accept any responsibility for incidents that occur before during or after the hire of the studios that are caused by the improper or misuse of the studios.

Payment for studio hire must be finalised 24 hours prior to the hire day.

Cleaning

The Studio is to be left in the same condition as found, otherwise a cleaning fee of $80+GST will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

All confirmed studio hires that are cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the booking, will not incur a cancellation fee. All confirmed bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours of the booking will incur a 100% cancellation fee.  

COVID-19 cancellation policy

We understand the need for flexibility during these uncertain times, In the event of a forced government close down, we will credit all studio hires and move them to a future date as required.

We Make Online Videos reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time with or without notice if the Hirer has breached any terms of this agreement or for reasons of force major.
